Monthly Wrap Up: April

Some months are for thinking, planning, strategising. But not April. April was for taking action and doing the thing.

The beautiful Kate and her husband welcomed their baby girl, named Lyla! We where lucky enough to catch them for a few FaceTimes.

A creator's career has to make room for the life they're actually living, not the other way around. The right representation, and brand partnerships built to evolve with it, are what make those phases possible. Watching it happen in real time is a special reward of the work we do.

I spent a day immersed in an AI workshop this month. I went deep into how to use it to do better work for our clients, the brands we partner with, and our team. Late nights followed, researching, planning, putting things into practice. There's a world of possibilities here we're excited to keep digging into.

Ash, Charley and I have also been doing more brand partnership work of our own this month. Sitting on the other side of the table teaches you what creators actually experience. It sharpens how we show up for them. Practising what we preach, in the most literal sense.

And somewhere in among all of it, we've been having a lot of fun on TikTok. There's a joy in not taking yourself too seriously, and we've been letting ourselves have it. If you're a creator looking for value, or just a human looking for a laugh, our TikTok is the place to be.
