Monthly Wrap Up: February

February moved quickly. But the right things got done.

VINS has been operating for nearly seven years. Much of February and the months before it, was spent quietly building the infrastructure to finally bring it online. The website was close. The work behind it was well underway.

We gathered the VINS community for our belated Christmas retreat at Halcyon House on the NSW coast. Five of our talent, Charley, and our designer Emily, so eight of us in total, two nights largely offline, moving slowly. It was exactly what it needed to be.

Mid-month I was in Sydney for Vogue Forces of Fashion at the Opera House. One of those rooms that sends you home with more to work with than you arrived with.

And in the in-between, a lot of internal work. Optimising systems, tightening processes, reviewing how we operate. The unsexy stuff that quietly shapes everything else.

On the journal, we explored what it actually means to represent someone with intention and who VINS is genuinely built for.
